pkr498 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkr498 website, located at https://pkr498.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site"). pkr498 is an independent, English-language information and editorial guide platform operated for users in Pakistan and the wider region who seek transparent, educational content about online sports betting and live casino entertainment.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and the operators of pkr498. Your acceptance is effective from the moment of your first access to the Platform. If you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity agrees to be bound by them.

Access to the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which the User warrants to be satisfied upon each access:

pkr498 has not been authorised, licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users access the Platform at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

pkr498 is an independent informational and editorial resource. It is not, and does not purport to be, any of the following:

The following activities are expressly prohibited when using the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action:

All original Content on the Platform, including but not limited to editorial text, guides, structural design, layout, graphics, colour schemes and typographic choices, constitutes the intellectual property of pkr498 and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports-league references such as PSL, T20 and ICC — are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their mention on pkr498 is purely contextual and does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement by those rights holders.

Users may print or save individual pages of the Platform for personal, non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright notices and disclaimers are retained in full. If resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the governing law identified above.
